RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

At House of Garima, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and any certificates of authenticity
  • Not be a final sale item (see exclusions below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Any worn or used jewelry items
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at garimakango@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and confirmation
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the return to the address provided below

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking information.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at garimakango@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging
  • We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement, your choice
  • This must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we're happy to offer store credit for the full value of your return (including original shipping costs). Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Lost or Delayed Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe stated above:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary

Quality Guarantee

All House of Garima jewelry is crafted with care and quality materials. If you experience any manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase, please contact us for a replacement or repair at no charge.
