SHIPPING POLICY
At House of Garima, we carefully package and ship each piece of jewelry to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders (3–7 business days)
Local Delivery (Greater Seattle/Bellevue Area)
For customers in Bellevue, Seattle, and surrounding areas, we offer free local delivery within 1–2 business days.
International Shipping
At this time, we focus on serving customers within the United States. Please contact us at garimakango@gmail.com if you have questions about international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey to you. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at garimakango@gmail.com.
High-Value Orders
For your security, orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery. If you won't be available to sign, please contact us to arrange alternative delivery instructions.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at garimakango@gmail.com with photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewelry in perfect condition. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
